We are looking to give your central nervous system (CNS) and brain time to fully recover so you are 100% ready for our next cycle.
Remember, we progress when we recover and, after the Crossfit OPEN, this recovery phase is a must.

Weighted Drop Lunge to Knee Lift (@3011; 6-8/side x3. Rest 30sec)
*Modify as needed
Single Leg Deadlift (@2111; 6-8/side x3. Rest 30sec)
*Finish reps on one side before switching
Hollow Rocks (20-30sec x3. Rest 1:00)
*If possible, add weight

10 Burpees (step down, step up)
